At the end of the day, you will leave DANVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL with your Traffic School Certificate. You must mail this Certificate to the court that issued your ticket. This will dismiss the outstanding point on your N.O.T.S. (Negligent Operator’s Treatment System) Record. Citations issued in other states may allow attendance at our Traffic School. Please call us at (925) 837-8235 for guidance.
There must be an 18 month period between citations for you to be eligible for Traffic School. If you are approaching a deadline, you may call the court to request an extension. While extensions are not always granted, if you refer to the DANVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL Traffic School Schedule and give the court a suggested date, they may accommodate you. Some Traffic School attendees send their Certificates via Certified Mail. As long as a Traffic School Certificate is postmarked before its deadline, you will be considered compliant with court requirements.
To enroll in a class, call DANVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL with your name and telephone number. If it is after hours, you may leave this information on our voicemail by speaking slowly and distinctly. Please also spell out your first and last name after pronouncing it. Unlike some Traffic Schools, we do not cancel classes.
Please remember to bring the following with you to your Traffic School Class:
- Your Cash Payment or Check to DANVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL for $35
- Your Driver’s License
- Your Citation or Notice from the Court
ELEVATOR & WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
There is an elevator which operates 7 days a week for your convenience. It is located in front of Kinder’s (Deli & BBQ). DANVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL provides for wheelchair access. We also have several comfortable, cushioned chairs for anyone with physical concerns.
